Data Rights Request

Use this form to exercise your rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We will respond within 30 days.

Your request will be sent securely to our Information Officer. We may contact you to verify your identity before we can act. You can also contact us directly at [email protected].

Your rights under POPIA

Right of access Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Right to correction Ask us to correct inaccurate or outdated information.
Right to deletion Ask us to delete your personal information where we no longer have a lawful basis to keep it. Note that some records (e.g. financial transactions) must be retained by law and cannot be deleted on request.
Right to object Object to the processing of your information on grounds relating to your particular situation.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request by email within 3 business days.
We may ask you to confirm your identity — particularly for deletion requests.
We will respond in full within 30 days of receipt, as required by POPIA.

No fee is payable for a first access request. If you submit repeated or manifestly excessive requests we may charge a prescribed fee in line with the POPIA Regulations.
